Workday Rising 2025

Workday Rising, hosted at the Moscone Center, is the flagship annual conference for Workday customers and partners, centered on the future of work through AI-driven innovation. Our creative team led the strategy and design of the full expo experience, developing a cohesive “campus” environment that made a large-scale event feel intuitive and connected. The space supported exploration across sessions, product demos, and keynotes, including showcases of tools like Workday Build and Data Cloud. With a focus on AI-powered solutions for managing people and money, the experience emphasized hands-on interaction and peer connection. Every element was developed in close collaboration with the client to create an engaging environment that reflected Workday’s vision and brought its innovation to life.
